Frequently asked questions
The key answers about working with us. Your question is not here? Write to us.
How much does a project cost?
It depends on scope. After a first conversation you receive a written proposal with a clearly described scope, as a fixed price for defined packages or time and materials for ongoing development.
What does a project look like?
We start with a conversation about goals, users and constraints. Then come concept and clickable designs, development in short iterations with regular builds, and finally launch, operations and maintenance.
How long does development take?
A company website is often done in a few weeks; an app or platform usually takes a few months. We agree the concrete schedule in the proposal.
Which technologies do you use?
Among others TypeScript, Astro, Next.js, Angular, Laravel and Flutter, and for AI, models from Anthropic, OpenAI and open models that can be self-hosted. We choose the technology to fit the project, not the other way round.
How do you handle data in AI projects?
We clarify at the start which data is processed and where. If data must not leave your organisation, we use self-hosted models. We prefer EU hosting, and GDPR is part of the plan from day one.
Do you take over existing projects?
Yes. We analyse the existing code and infrastructure, fix urgent problems and then develop the project further, or honestly recommend a rebuild when that is cheaper.
Do you offer maintenance and hosting?
Yes. We support many clients on an ongoing basis: updates, backups, security, monitoring and small changes within a predictable monthly arrangement.
Can my project be funded?
Many digitalisation and AI projects qualify for funding programmes, for example from the Vienna Business Agency, aws or the EU. Whether and how much is funded is decided by the funding body; we help choose programmes and provide the technical documentation.
Do I own the code?
After full payment you receive the agreed usage rights and the source code of your custom project. The details are set out in the proposal.
